Pass a law on conscription.

What the petition asks
If a war is declared and conscription announced, all MP’s and their family members cannot be exempt and must be conscripted into the military until that war has finished.
All normal military conscription conditions will be followed. MP’s and their families are also to be conscripted to front line service and not some far off position away from the dangers.
If conscription is so necessary to the war effort, their blood and that of their family members should be weighed as valuable as anyone else’s.

Why it was rejected
It was not clear what the petition asked the UK Government or Parliament to do.
The Government has not announced any plans to introduce conscription, so we're not sure what you want the Government or Parliament to do.
