Fund a defibrillator in all healthcare settings and care homes

What the petition asks
I would really like to see a defibrillator provided to every healthcare setting and care home.
It is very important to act quickly in an emergency, especially if the individual is having a cardiac arrest. The survival rate for a cardiac arrest is up to 50-70% if a defibrillator is used on them within 3-5 minutes.
I truly am baffled as to why defibs are not more readily available in our care and nursing home settings.
