Reopen the XL bully exemption application for people who have made errors or missed it

I would like the government to consider re opening the exemption website for an extended period of time for people who have made errors or missed the deadline. The reason being is my dog was seized yesterday however I did actually try to comply but missed an email and in turn missed the deadline. Lots of people online have now had a change of heart about registering their dog and a lot of people genuinely missed the deadline on accident or have also been confused regarding the payment reference

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
