All school staff should have basic training in SEN needs

So that more Sen children are helped on their learning journey and not ignored or put in isolation or detention because they struggle to communicate easily. To be more understanding of school avoidance , to create workshops in school breaks and lunch times so Sen children can have extra help with social and emotion health skills to stop bullying and to make the school environment more manageable .
