What the petition asks
Cap the rate at 5% the property value per year plus valuation fee over 12 months if mortgage is paid.
Cap the rate at monthly mortgage rate plus 5% if mortgage is not paid.
Cap the rate at monthly mortgage rate plus 5% if mortgage is not paid.
Discourage landlords from owning multiple properties. Tenant will pay a fair rent amount and not be exploited. Property valued yearly to keep up with market changes.
