Ban full-face coverings in public

I call for the Government to place a ban on full-face coverings in public. This includes balaclavas, hoods (which hide the face), crash helmets (unless riding a motorbike) burqas, and niqabs. Of which the burqa and niqab are not mentioned in the Quran. We think this ban would make people feel safer. Similar has been in place in France since 2010 and was found by the European Courts of Human Rights not to violate the European Convention on Human Rights when challenged.
