Drivers to retake theory test at 65 years old

What the petition asks
We call for the introduction of a mandatory driving theory test for 65yr olds and over. There should be a 3-month period in which to pass the exam. Failure to do so should result in the loss of their driving licence.
I think older drivers are more likely to exhibit poorer driving skills. I think that drivers over 65 should prove that they are aware of changes in the Highway Code, by passing the theory test.
