Legalize Psilocybin Mushrooms

What the petition asks
We want the Government to allow therapeutic use or recreational use of Psilocybin Mushrooms.
Poor mental health is the single largest cause of disability in the UK, and the wider economic costs of mental illness in England have been estimated at £105 billion each year, predominantly due to losses in productivity.
Some studies have found that psilocybin-assisted therapy for severe depression has long-term efficacy of more than 70%.
Removing psilocybin from Schedule 1 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 could stimulate investment and innovation in research, trade, and healthcare.
