Extend the date for neutering XL Bully type dogs to December 2024

What the petition asks
To comply with DEFRA's exemption of XL Bully type dogs, neutering must be before 30 June 2024, or exemption is void. There is a secondary date of 31 December 2024 for younger dogs and we are requesting that to be made the date for all ages of dog.
We think that DEFRA have haven't given enough notice of this requirement and that dogs that might end up having rushed, unnecessary, expensive surgery as a result. We don't think June is an acceptable time frame when also taking into consideration split heat and other medical issues which are unavoidable. We want the date of December 2024 to be the cut off because we think this is a more suitable time frame.
