Launch an urgent judge-led public inquiry into the 'XL Bully' ban
Closed

What the petition asks
There has been much debate about every aspect of the 'XL Bully' ban and we believe a comprehensive public inquiry should be held into the decisions made, as well as what mandate from the people was used in this decision making, and subsequent actions undertaken.
No inquiry will be effective if requests for information are ignored, and we believe this inquiry should have wide-ranging powers to order the production of all evidence requested which should include total, unredacted access to data, research, lobbying efforts (national and international), financial records, as well as media and political connections.
Should any illegal activity be suspected, all evidence will be handed to Crown Prosecution Services.
