Provide funding so the NHS can prescribe wigs to all patients with Alopecia

What the petition asks
Alopecia affects thousands of individuals in the UK. Although many NHS trusts offer wigs on prescription to cancer patients, many people with alopecia are unable to access them.
Wigs are a source of help for Alopecia where many people simply cannot start to attempt to leave their homes without one. This is not a choice it is a necessity.
We want to see it as standard that every person should be able to access a wig from the NHS. This is not cosmetic it is an essential item of support for Alopecia patients.
