Statutory inquiry into allegations against parents of neurodiverse children

What the petition asks
We believe that parents of neurodiverse children often face real difficulties in their interactions with state agencies. In some cases, allegations are made that the parent is causing false or induced illness in their child.
These allegations can be very damaging, not only for the parent, but also for the child who can then miss out on assessments, support, and access to basic healthcare. We want a statutory inquiry which explores how such allegations are handled by state agencies, and how they impact the families concerned.
