Review how the CMS verifies information and manages enforcement and penalties

What the petition asks

The review should consider how to better verify information of non-paying parents, such as their financial earnings. It should also look at how to enhance CMS enforcement and penalties for non-payments, such as alternative ways to contact non-paying parents if unresponsive.
We believe there are currently too many parents lying about their earnings so they can avoid payments, knowing they will get away with it, leaving many families living in poverty, especially since the benefit cap was introduced.
