What the petition asks
We want the Government to protect in law the long held traditional colour and design of the Union Flag of Britain and to make it unlawful to change or deface this in any format.
Because it stands for British heritage, custom and values.
Many brave men and women have fought and died to protect this country and others under the Union Flag and we believe no one should have the right to change or deface it.
