Equal inheritance tax rules unmarried couples together over 5 years as married
Rejected

What the petition asks
I want equality and inclusivity for unmarried couples who have shown the same commitment to each other as married couples in terms of tax and benefits processes
It is an fair, discriminatory and unequal process that judges unmarried couples in inheritance tax but treats them as if married when it reviews care and benefits processes
