Ban Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS)

What the petition asks

Ban PFAs, which are "forever chemicals" used in a variety of products. They may be carcinogenic to humans. We think they need to be cut off at the source.
We want to enable people to live a healthier lifestyle without consuming these PFAs that may lead to adverse health outcomes. We think that banning them could decrease rates of illness. Banning PFAs could also help the environment. Many people aren’t even aware of how many foods and items have PFAs in them.
