Change the PTS contracts so they have to be always NHS. Not private contractors

What the petition asks
The patient transport needs to stay part of the NHS. Not sold to private contractors. Private contractors do not follow the strict criteria, and often by pass major issues. The vehicles are run down and staff working beyond there abilities due to over worked. Stay pay is horrendous. Look at reviews.
The reviews from patients and staff are horrendous about private companies. They see patients as a number and not a human being. Patient care goes straight out the window. With NHS patient transport care is always given and not just a number.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
How the NHS commissions patient transport is an operational matter for the NHS, not something the Government or Parliament are responsible for.
