Stop the closure of Cardiff Museum.

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

The museum is a resource for the citizens of Cardiff and for the those travelling to Cardiff. It provides education, art exhibition and knowledge of history. Children and adults gain so much from the exhibits and information contained within it.
As stated above the museum is a huge resource for the people of Cardiff, Wales and those visiting from outside the area. The loss would be devastating to a Capitol City with losses in information, history, exhibition and education. Any governance prepared to let closure happen should be ashamed.

Why it was rejected

It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.

We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.

Decisions about museums are a matter for their operators, not the UK Government or Parliament.
