What the petition asks
We need to force all failing water company management to repay all bonuses, (including those paid by previous owner/operators - performance based or not)
It is completely unacceptable for the public to now be forced to bail out water companies, the funds which were siphoned off should have been used to maintain and improve the water infrastructure.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
We can only accept petitions about things the Government or Parliament are directly responsible for.
