Extend the Post Office (Horizon System) Offences Bill

What the petition asks
This petition calls on the Government to amend the new legislation to exonerate postmasters by extending its scope to encompass prosecutions by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP), and convictions that have already been considered by the Court of Appeal.
Our core belief is that the conviction of any postmaster for offences such theft or fraud, during the period of Horizon’s operation, should be deemed unsafe and therefore included in the mass exoneration, in order to rectify all past injustices.
Without this, even more Postmasters that endured the burden of a criminal record may die without their names cleared and their innocence acknowledged.
