What the petition asks

Currently private school pupils have half price vacations, as their term times vary, compared to state schools. It is ridiculous that holiday companies can just double the price. To at least enable everyone an affordable vacation, an approved week off during term time would work.

If the government can at least recognise, that it is unfair for state pupils families, to have to pay double the price for vacations, something can be done.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
