Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

Neath Port Talbot county council are in talks and proposing to make our black bin collection 3 weekly. Summer is on its way and this will cause a lot of problems eg rats, cats, flies, ants, foxes etc
Please make a stand and sign this petition, this is just not acceptable
This will cause a lot of problems for not residents, especially the ones with children, the disabled, people who use incontinence aids, sanitary towels, and have animals like myself. This proposed change needs stopping before it's too late.
