Review the sale and use of fireworks

What the petition asks
No over the counter sale of fireworks and only organised firework displays allowed using low noise level fireworks.
The use of fireworks has changed in the UK over the last few years, and so has the type of firework now easily purchased. Fireworks are being used by the general public for many celebrations, however the unnecesssry huge loud bangs, being used night and day, huge amounts of litter left on streets, no consideration where and when they are used.
