Change the latest time that public can let fireworks off to 10pm/ prohibit sales

What the petition asks

Prohibit sales to the public and stop the public from having access to fireworks. Make them licensed public events only silent or noise reduced fireworks aswell.

These changes are needed due to the amount of lives that fireworks have a negative impact on physically,mentally and financially. Physically because of the amount of public injury each year. Mentally because of people that suffer from PTSD and other mental health issues plus families settling children and night workers sleeping just to name a few. This also needs to be done to protect the welfare of animals not just live stock in fields but domestic animals aswell this is a form of abuse for both.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
