What the petition asks
Remove the opinion of planners. Set none woolly rules that can be followed and adhered to, as a pose to the subjective opinion of planners
The government wants to build more houses, but the only people able to do this are large firms that employ expensive planners and solicitors. The need for more houses can be helped by the Lay person too.
