What the petition asks
We urge the Government to ensure regulate internet provision by:
1. Capping network fees in homes with fibre to £10-£15/month.
2. Requiring transparent pricing for installation and monthly fees.
3. Setting a minimum speed of 300 Mbps.
4. Supporting low-income households with social tariffs.

We think this would be fair
We think internet access is essential, but some pay high fees exceeding £50/month. We think actual costs for Internet Service providers are far lower, especially with pre-installed fibre. We think lower pricing, capped at £10-£15/month, would cover costs and reduce digital inequality. We think affordable internet benefits families, businesses, and keeps the UK competitive.
