Change the guidelines of Hand Foot & Mouth Disease

What the petition asks
I would like the Goverment to change the guidelines of Hand Foot & Mouth Disease. If a child has HFM they should not be allowed in nursery or school for at least 5 days or until blisters have scabbed over to stop it spreading to other children.
I would like the government to change this as at the moment a child with HFM is allowed to go to Nursery or School with the disease infecting healthy children. Parents are having to keep their healthy children off nursery/school to stop them getting infected. If the infected child stayed home to get better the rest of the child’s class wouldn’t have to stay off for no reason and miss out on their education.
Why it was rejected
