Change the law on who can receive inheritance - Position of Power

We propose that individuals with a professional duty of care, such as carers, doctors, or bankers, be prohibited from inheriting or being beneficiaries in Wills to prevent conflicts of interest.

The petition does not clearly define who you mean by "individuals in positions of power" or "with a professional duty of care". As this is unclear, we're not sure exactly what you'd like the Government or Parliament to do.
