What the petition asks
Allow landlords to choose who rents their property . If the government are going to change the law to zero notice for tenants then it has to be the same for landlords !
My rental is my pension I have already had tenants cause problems that has cost me a fortune and I don’t see the governed helping out here. We are not all bad landlords . Allow landlords to carry on having a contract and lease .
