Petition

Save Crayford Greyhound Stadium

Rejected 12 signatures

What the petition asks

To help keep this historic London Greyhound track open. It has been at this location racing since 1986.

There have been many famous greyhounds that have won at the track including Poor Sue and Bellmore Sally, a recent double winner of the Golden Jacket.
We would want the government to potentially help fund and keep this historic landmark from closing down and preserve the jobs of its 70 staff.

Why it was rejected

It was about a matter for a local council or devolved government, not the UK Government or Parliament.
