Petition
Phv drivers licensed by Tfl should show individual license number on the vehicle
Rejected

What the petition asks
Phv drivers operating with Tfl license should show identifiers in the same way Hackney Carriages ( Black cabs ) do to improve the accountability of those working within the Tfl network
The system is already in place for Black cabs so it wouldn’t be a great change or increase of workload for Tfl to include this for the Phv sector . Whom at present only show the rondel which in many cases isn’t visible due to tinted windows and rondel placement . The drivers should be as accountable as other customer transport services in the capital . This would be clearer to customers using ride share apps whose vehicle they are getting into and hopefully increase the diligence of drivers .
