What the petition asks

Begin negotiations with the EU with a view to agreeing a more favourable trade deal which could lead onto membership of the single market and subsequently EU membership.

Being outside the EU and the single market is causing untold damage to our economy and reputation on the global stage, not least relations with our closet allies. We need to reverse the tide of ever increasing isolation.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
