Petition

I call upon the Government to leave the ECHR and give back power to the UK.

Rejected 10 signatures

What the petition asks

I would like the Government to consider leaving the European Convention of Human Rights.
I believe being part of the ECHR has taken the power away from United Kingdom to make decisions regarding immigration and it’s policies.

We need out of the ECHR asap in order to deal with this immigration crisis and give us the freedom to make choices without being dictated to by foreign affairs.

Millions of UK citizens feel very strong about leaving the ECHR and we would like it to be discussed in parliament and reviewed.
