What the petition asks

Make it illegal to buy and resell driving test dates due to the impact it’s having on the ability to book a driving test.

People describing themselves a “driving test brokers” are buying and reselling tests making it incredibly difficult to book a driving test using bots to book tests before any person can. I need one for my job and can not book a test. These self claimed “brokers” are selling test dates at prices up to £400 and a lot of these test sales are scams. It is breaking the country, making it difficult for those who need it and in plain words is the work of greed and laziness.

Why it was rejected

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
