Remove actively farmed land from IHT valuations

What the petition asks
We think when calculating IHT, land which which is actively farmed should be removed from the valuation of the estate.
Thus, actively working farms will continue to benefit from their special status, and we think recent changes could be focussed on those seeking merely to avoid IHT.
Checks and balances, and other safeguards can be brought into play, such as farms continue to be actively farmed for x number of years post estate transfer.
