Increase the Army Cadet Force Budget to £50 million

What the petition asks
We want the UK Government to reverse spending cuts to the Army Cadet Force (ACF) by increasing their budget to £50 million.
We believe Army Cadets provide memorable experiences and useful life skills to thousands of young people aged 12-17, helping them prepare for adulthood and develop their confidence.
Skills learnt as an Army Cadet include first aid, leadership, teamwork and resilience, which we think are transferable to all walks of life, whether cadets choose to pursue a career in the armed forces or not.
We believe the Government should recognise the service of the Army Cadets by increasing the budget to £50million.
