What the petition asks
The developers of The Eades received planning permission to build Walthamstow Tower on the grounds that they would include a new entrance to and invest in upgrading Walthamstow Central. This has not come to fruition, leaving residents dealing with an eyesore building without any local benefits.
1) Make the developers, Long Harbour, keep their promise to Waltham Forest Council by investing in a new entrance to the station.
2) Make Waltham Forest Council pay for the new entrance to the station, or permanently fix escalators, or both.
3) Ensure all new build property developers keep their promises made when getting planning approval especially when it’s to do with local infrastructure
OR
4) Knock down the Towers and replace with a fun soft play area for adults (no kids allowed!)
