What the petition asks
If they can afford to pay they should or at least means tested.
I feel it's wrong that we the tax payer should pay our taxes to fund MP's fuel payments on second homes. Some Mp's have a very good income. I feel it should be means tested at the very least.
Why it was rejected
It asked for something that is not the responsibility of the UK Government or Parliament.
