Petition
Remove 20hr cap for second employment on those under Health and Care Visa

What the petition asks
To allow migrant workers to work more than 20hrs a week in the allowed sectors as long as they are meeting their contract with their sponsors.
This will help in dealing with labour shortage in the health sector.
It's not always the case where sponsors have work more than the contacted hours. So it is noble for them to go and work somewhere and ease the shortage.
It will also help the workers in meeting the high cost of leaving since they are not eligible for public funds.
It will help deal with modern slavery that is happening in a lot of sponsor companies.
