Petition

Make delivery companies directly accountable to the end customer

Rejected 21 signatures

What the petition asks

If you order goods for delivery at home, the supplier chooses a delivery company who is only accountable to that supplier.
Should the item be delivered to an incorrect address or otherwise lost stolen or damaged whilst in the possession of the delivery company you have to argue with the supplier.
Because hardly a day goes by without someone for instance posting a picture of an unknown front door sent to them by a delivery company which has mis-delivered their package but reported to the supplier that they delivered it OK or similar.
