What the petition asks
Change the law when someone accuses someone of sexual events and it can be proven it didn't happen. Police should charge the accuser and they should risk facing jail time.
The person accusing should be looking at facing prison time for waisting police time and trying to destroy another human life .just because the relationship has ended or gone bad people use false allocations because it's to easy to do and end up destroying someones life or worse they decided to take there own life because they don't want to be known as a rapist.
Why it was rejected
The UK Government or Parliament was already taking the action it asked for.
We can't publish petitions when the request is something that's already happening.
