Require social media companies to have human helpline for compromised accounts

What the petition asks
I would like the government to make it mandatory for social media companies to have a human helpline to help deal with accounts that have been compromised. Their help centres are not always helpful and can leave consumers helpless at a time when their digital identities have been stolen.
My own social media accounts got compromised. I quickly realized there was no one available to reach to resolve such severe issues immediately. When our virtual identities are at stake, we do not think we should not be left alone, unheard, struggling with automated responses that may not serve a real solution.
In the wake of social media's everyday growing influence, we think it is unacceptable that there is an evident lack of effective, engaging communication between users and the corporations when matters of security are concerned.
