Referendum on illegal migration.

Closed 2,832 signatures

What the petition asks

We believe that only a referendum would give a voice to public opinion. We think the current situation regarding irregular migration is unacceptable and a burden to the taxpayer. We feel many people among the UK public believe this is a crime against their rights and interests.
The referendum should ask questions:
Should those arriving into the UK by irregular means;
1-have the right to claim asylum… yes or no.
2- be detained in secure sites and await return or deportation . Yes or no.
3- have the right to live in hotels at the taxpayer expense. Yes or no.
4- have access to a free telephone while being processed. Yes or no.
5- be charged with illegal entry into the UK. Yes or no.
