Ban ALL Footpath Parking outside London, this Causes Issues for Disabled, Prams.

What the petition asks

I being Deaf and had to go around a Vehicle Obstructing the Footpath into the Road very nearly got HIT, Disabled Scooters have issues which I assisted a number of times, Footpaths SHOULD be as in the name for People on Foot and NOT lazy Drivers as now, getting worse as time goes on.

SAFETY issues for EVERYONE on FOOT and DISABLED alike, Drivers now with large vans even drive along them at speed, getting out of hand, needs sorting ASAP, the Government only did part of a job by doing it correctly in London but NOT elsewhere, you have TODDLERS on footpaths which should be safe but NOT, the trouble is Drivers seldom walk and so do not EXPERIENCE the issues they cause, SAFETY has gone Downhill a great deal.

There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
