As a society we need to acknowledge our failings to thousands of innocent victims in order to learn from the failings .

We need to listen to local authorities experiences and provide a radical overhaul into how we as a society support victims of grooming gangs

To allow the inquiry to gather the experiences of all local authorities and to provide a legal framework, guidance and resources to enable a unified approach which will prevent further failings
