What the petition asks
So many young professionals are facing the cost of living crisis and at they lose the rail card benefits at 30.
With hybrid working people were able to move to comfortably priced areas and commute to work, but high cost of train travel is difficult for many to manage.

Extending the rail cards for those beyond 39 years old, will help the public massively, in the same way as the 26-30 rail card did previously.
Why it was rejected
There was already a petition about this issue. Duplicates are rejected so signatures collect in one place.
You may wish to sign this petition which calls for the same action: Launch a railcard for those over the age of 30 covering all of the UK.
