What the petition asks
We want those who have been employed less than two years to have the same recourse to pursue employers for unfair dismissal as those who have been employed for more than two years.
We feel that many people have experienced unfair dismissal while on probation before the two year mark, and that this can have a significant impact on their wellbeing and mental health.
