What the petition asks
Bring back the death penalty, to send a clear message to anyone guilty of terrorism, rape or murder
I believe the british public deserve a re invention of this old custom for criminals who are given a full life sentence, there is no place in society for these people and it is unfair that the families of the victims and the general public should be paying millions of pounds in taxes for the incarceration of these people
