Is Evil entitled to taxpayers money to keep their lives?. A life lived in fear, is no life. Yet the evil in prison or outside continues to live in no fear at all and sleeps comfortably on the aid of taxpayers money. Please. Sign this petition and bring real justice to Britain via Capital Punishment
