Ban schools from implementing policies relating to appearance except clothing

What the petition asks
Ban school policies that dictate how students' hair and nails should look, and relating to make-up, body art and piercings. Students are taught to embrace differences in sexuality, race, religion and gender. We want schools to embrace differences in appearance, great and small.
We feel that expression comes in many ways, for example in body art and piercings. It's good to respect differences, so let’s support those who like to look unique and express themselves in different ways. For example, we think that make-up can help confidence and therefore a positive mindset and willingness to learn.
